How to get more greens: blend them!
We all know that greens are important, but how can we get more in without doing salads every day or juicing + having to clean the juicer? Blender Juice.

Ingredients
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 Persian Cucumber
1/2 cup Basil Leaves
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
2 cups Water
add 1 scoop of Vibrant Health Green Vibrance green powder for extra boost of greens (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to your blender + blend until smooth.
