Ingredients
SMOOTHIE BOWL
½ cup cauliflower
1 frozen unsweetened acai packet (Trader Joe's)
1 Kite Hill plain almond milk Greek yogurt container
dash stevia
½ - 1 cup filtered water (until desired consistency - want it thicker for a smoothie bowl)
TOPPINGS
almond butter swirl
unsweetened coconut flakes
raw pumpkin seeds
chia seeds
Purely Elizabeth original granola
Directions
Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender + blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and top with toppings. Enjoy!
