Ingredients
1 tsp matcha
1 scoop collagen peptides
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp coconut butter
12-16 oz hot, not boiling water
optional: 1 tsp of your favorite adaptogens
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth + frothy
Pro tip: I use my NutriBullet to blend all ingredients with a small amount of warm water, add to my mug, and then top with hot water. Do not use hot or boiling water in the Nutribullet – the top will fly off due to pressure build up from the heat (I’ve done this before).
