- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides 
- 1 tbsp Artisana Organics Coconut Butte 
- 1 tbsp Turmeric 
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 
- 1 cup Water (Filtered, Heated) 
Directions
