Seed cycling helps support your hormonal balance. Sunflower seeds are rich in selenium to support the liver + hormone regulation + sesame seeds have lignans to help bind excess estrogen.

15 minutes | 10-12 bombs
Ingredients
1/4 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Cacao Nibs
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Pitted Dates (4 Dates)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Pulse until roughly combined and begins to form a dough. Do not over blend!
Roll into balls and lay flat into an airtight container. Make sure they do not touch so they do not stick together.
Store in the freezer for 3-4 months. Let thaw for ~5 minutes before enjoying!
