Ingredients
1/2 - 1 lemon, sliced
1/2 inch fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cayenne
hot water
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a mug and top with hot water.
