These cookie dough bites are perfect for a quick snack, pre-workout fuel, or post-workout recovery.
They are gluten-free + vegan.

30 minutes | 10-12 bites
Ingredients
½ c almonds + ½ oats blended into a flour
4 pitted dates blended with some filtered water
¼ c cacao nibs
¼ c @artisanaorganics coconut butter
½ c almond butter
¼ c chopped pecans
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
handful chocolate chips
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and form into balls – makes 10-12.
Place in the freezer to set for ~20 minutes and enjoy!
