Stone fruit is in season in the summer so get in all the peaches, plums, and nectarines while you can! My favorite granola is Purely Elizabeth - it’s vegan, gluten-free, & has no refined sugar!
Healthy snacking can be so simple - pair fruit + nuts / seeds for energy, protein, + healthy fat.

1 peach (chopped)
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Sprinkle Purely Elizabeth granola
