Black beans + chickpeas are a sneaky way to boost protein + fiber in your favorite desserts - and you cannot even tell! Just blend + bake!
They are super soft, fudgy, rich, + so, so simple!

Blender Black Bean Brownies
35 minutes | 12 servings
Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained + rinsed
1 scoop collagen peptides (or leave out for vegan)
1/3 cup organic cane sugar (or sweetener of choice)
1 Tbsp coconut nectar
1/4 cup cocoa or cacao powder
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil (extra virgin + unrefined)
2 large eggs (or substitute flax egg for vegan)
Toppings:
vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs + pumpkin seeds
Directions
Grease a 9” circular cake pan with coconut oil spray.
In a high-speed blender, Nutribullet, or food processor blend all ingredients together (minus toppings).
pour into cake pans + bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Cut into wedges + enjoy!
Blender Chickpea Blondies

Grease a 9” circular cake pan with coconut oil spray.
